    If you qualify for discounted or free entry (for example, National Trust, English Heritage, or RHS members), we offer a travel-only price — just remember to bring your valid membership card to gain access.

  • No need to bring your Booking Confirmation!
    Your driver will have a list of passenger names and contact numbers, so just turn up and enjoy the trip.

  • Yes, we allocate seats on our coaches to make your journey more comfortable. Please speak to our sales team when booking to request your preferred seat.

  • Yes! Our coaches have ample luggage space underneath for trolleys and other bags. We’re also happy to accommodate wheelchairs — please inform our sales team at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure your comfort and safety.

  • Our refund policy varies depending on the trip and timing of your cancellation. Please contact our sales team as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request in line with our terms and conditions.
